  • That platform (hub.kindmindacademy.com) is considered part of our internal data environment — all processing there is under the same data controller (WalkWell Ltd trading as Kind Mind Academy) that operates The Booster Way.

6. Marketing Communications & Use of Kind Mind Academy (KMA) Email / Database

  • All email communications to you — including order confirmations, service updates, newsletters, promotions — will be sent via Kind Mind Academy’s email / marketing infrastructure.
  • By signing up or making a purchase with The Booster Way, you consent to your contact details (name, email, associated data) being used and stored within KMA’s systems for sending you communications relating to both The Booster Way and KMA offerings.
  • You may unsubscribe or object to marketing / promotional emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in those emails or by contacting us at Support@KindMindAcademy.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect our ability to send transactional or service-related messages (such as order confirmations).
