1. Introduction / Interpretation
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (or “Terms”) govern your use of The Booster Way website, products, content, courses, and services.
1.2 The Booster Way is a product / brand of Kind Mind Academy (KMA). All communications, customer accounts, data handling, payments, refunds, and legal obligations are managed under the umbrella of Kind Mind Academy.
1.3 When you see “we,” “our,” “us,” it refers to WalkWell Limited trading as Kind Mind Academy, which operates The Booster Way. When you see “you” or “user,” it refers to customers, visitors, or participants.

3. Acceptance of Terms; Changes
3.1 By accessing or using The Booster Way site, enrolling in our products, or interacting with us, you accept and agree to these Terms.
3.2 We may revise or replace these Terms at any time by updating this page or posting notices on the site. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
4. Use of the Website / Platform
4.1 You may use The Booster Way site and content only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed).
4.2 You must keep any login, account or password details confidential and not share them.
4.3 We may suspend or restrict access, or terminate your account, if we believe you are violating these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, materials, designs, software, graphics, videos, courses, and other content on The Booster Way are owned or licensed by KMA.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or use content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
5.3 If you breach these rights, your access may be terminated and you must destroy or return any copies you hold.
6. Products, Subscriptions & Access
6.1 We offer digital products (courses, memberships, etc.), and physical products.
6.2 Access to digital content may be via email delivery, downloads, or a membership portal.
6.3 Your rights to content are governed by the Refunds / Returns / Digital Products section (see section 8 below).
6.4 We may provide trial offers or money-back guarantees; in such cases, the specific terms of those offers supersede the default policy where applicable.
7. Payments, Pricing & Billing
7.1 Prices are shown on the site (in GBP or other currencies as applicable), inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated.
7.2 We may change prices, offer discounts or promotions, but those apply only at the time of your purchase.
7.3 Payment is processed via third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
7.4 You agree to pay all amounts in full and on time. If payment fails, we may suspend your access or terminate your order.
8. Refunds, Returns & Digital Access
8.1 Digital / Downloadable Products
- Once a digital product has been delivered to you (e.g. via email or download), it is non-refundable, whether accessed fully or partially (except in case of fault or legal remedy).
- If a product is hosted within a secure membership portal and you have not accessed it at all, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- If you access the membership portal — log in, view content, download files — then your right to refund is lost.
- If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements, you may have statutory rights (repair, replacement, refund, price reduction).
- If a special trial period or money-back guarantee is offered, we will honour that offer under its stated terms.
8.2 Physical Products (if applicable)
- For any physical goods sold, if faulty or not as described you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
- Unless faulty, change of mind returns are subject to the policies stated when ordering.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days and goods returned in new, unused condition.
8.3 How to Request a Refund / Return
- Email us at Support@KindMindAcademy.com with your order number, product details, purchase date, and reason.
- We’ll respond promptly and, if eligible, issue refunds within 14 days of agreement.
- Refunds are made via original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers
9.1 We provide content, courses, and services “as is,” with no warranties except those required by law.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMA excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption, data loss, etc.).
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. User Representations & Conduct
10.1 By using our site, you represent you are over 13 years old (or legal minimum age in your jurisdiction).
10.2 You agree not to misuse the site - e.g. to upload malicious code, spam, infringe rights, or interfere with the platform.
10.3 You agree not to impersonate others, collect or harvest data unlawfully, or reverse engineer the platform.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
11.1 We process your personal data under our Privacy Policy which applies across both KMA and The Booster Way.
11.2 All customer data (for Booster Way customers) is held, managed, processed, and protected under the Kind Mind Academy / WalkWell Ltd data systems and policies.
11.3 All communications (order emails, support, marketing) may be sent in the name of Kind Mind Academy, or a related “The Booster Way / KMA” branded entity, as appropriate.
12. Links, Third-Party Sites & Apps
12.1 The Booster Way site may contain links to other websites, apps, or content. We are not responsible for those external sites.
12.2 Any third-party integrations (payment gateways, analytics, apps) are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We endeavour to use compliant, trustworthy providers.
13. Termination
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to The Booster Way (or parts of it) at our discretion (e.g. for violations of these Terms).
13.2 On termination, your license to access content ends, but we may retain certain data for legal, accounting or fraud prevention purposes.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of them or related to The Booster Way will be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
14.2 You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for claims arising under these Terms (except where law requires otherwise).
15. Changes to Terms
We may change or update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version of this page or via notices. Changes take effect when posted (or later date indicated). Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
