📦 Processing Times

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 4 business days. During high-volume periods - such as our launch phase - processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we lovingly prepare each order.

UK Shipping

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

• Other international orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

We currently ship to:

• UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia

• If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at Support@KindMindAcademy.com  - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. We include all necessary documentation to support smooth delivery.

Other Important Shipping Terms

Wrong Address If you or your recipient provides an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we’ve confirmed the updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
